The 2nd round of budget submissions are due this Friday, October 24th. Activated clubs can ask for funds from the Student Events and Organizations Committee for events that take place after November 14, 2014. The next opportunity to request funds will be in February 2015 so please plan accordingly.

SEOC funds both on campus events and club events that take place in the greater Boston area. Go to http://www.umbgov.com/rso-request/ to submit your requests. Only requests from active clubs in good standing will be considered.

If your club is traveling beyond the greater Boston area, then you must petition the Budget and Finance Committee for funds a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your event.

The Student Senate has vacancies for the 2014-2015 academic year. If you are interested in running, then please go to http://www.umb....ecial_elections

Students must be matriculated, undergraduates in good academic and disciplinary standing and have a minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA.

Deadline to submit nominations is Friday, September 19th at midnight and elections will be Wednesday, September 24 at 3 pm in the CC Alumni Lounge (2nd floor). Students must have Wednesdays from 3-4 pm open to participate in Student Senate.

The Undergraduate Student Government welcomes you back for another great academic year!

Returning clubs have until Friday, September 19 to complete training and reactivate.

Special Elections for vacant student senate seats will be Wednesday, September 24th at 3 pm in the Alumni Lounge. Online nomination forms will be available by Wednesday, September 3.
